Planning and beta access
Moving Sucks LLC provides room scanning, editable inventories, planning estimates and managed mover coordination. Android is available on Google Play. iPhone App Store release is coming soon; TestFlight access is controlled and test features can change. Use your own account and provide accurate move and contact details.
Scans and estimates
AI detections, dimensions, weights, crew size, timing and cost calculations are estimates. Review and correct your inventory before sharing it or arranging service. Your moving company determines its final quote, availability and contract terms.
Managed mover coordination
When you select a mover and complete checkout, the displayed one-time fee pays Moving Sucks to contact that company, send your authorized move package and coordinate the request. It does not pay the mover’s charges or guarantee availability, a final price or a completed booking. Approve the mover’s final terms separately. A business listing alone does not mean the company is a Moving Sucks partner.
Payments and support
Review the service description and fee at checkout before paying. Payment confirmation and mover acceptance are different stages. For a payment problem, cancellation request, refund request or an unanswered mover request, contact robert@movingsucks.net with the request number. Do not send full card details or passwords.
Saving and sharing
After storage consent, scan footage and analyzed frames are saved automatically with your move. Sharing that evidence with a mover is a separate choice. Submit only media you are authorized to capture and share. See the Privacy Policy for processing and retention, and account-deletion instructions for removal options.
Third-party services
Google Maps features and content are subject to the Google Maps terms and Google Privacy Policy. Additional provider notices identify the app’s data sources. Movers and other providers set their own service terms.
